Title- Receptionist

Location- Houston, TX 77040

Duration- Contract to Hire

Northwest engineering client seeking a professional and friendly receptionist to join team. The receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing excellent customer service and administrative support.

Focus includes:

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate person or department

• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing

• Handle Inquiries from clients, and vendors in a timely manner

• Assist with special projects and other assigned duties

  Targeting candidates with:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Strong attention to detail

• Experience with multi-line phone system

• Motivated, self-starter with a sense of urgency, organized and results driven!

• Proficient with Microsoft Office

• Offering $24/hr

• Monday – Thursday: 7:30 – 5:30 Friday: 7:30 – 12:00 Onsite
