Description We are offering an opportunity to join our team in Houston, Texas as a Receptionist. This role is vital for our operations, as it involves managing our multi-line phone system, providing exceptional customer service, and performing data entry tasks. This is a short-term contract based position that can provide valuable experience in the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Operate a multi-line phone system, ensuring all calls are answered promptly and directed to the appropriate personnel

• Deliver high-quality customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise

• Perform data entry tasks, ensuring all customer information is accurate and up to date

• Manage email correspondence, responding professionally and timely to all incoming emails

• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word to complete tasks and manage information

• Organize files and documents, ensuring they are easily accessible and stored properly

• Schedule appointments as necessary, coordinating with other team members to ensure no conflicts

• Utilize your strong interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with customers and team members

• Ensure all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to all company policies and procedures. Requirements • Proficiency in answering multi-line phone systems

• Strong customer service skills

• Ability to perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

• Experience with email correspondence in a professional setting

• Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with clients and colleagues

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting

• Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook for scheduling and email management

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word for document creation and editing

• Experience in organizing files and maintaining filing systems

• Ability to schedule appointments and manage calendars effectively
