Robert Half Project Manager with AI/ML in Houston, Texas

Description We are looking for a Project Manager/Sr. Consultant to join our team in the automotive industry, based in Houston, Texas. This role involves managing and executing data and analytics projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Product Delivery Lead in managing end-to-end AI/ML projects, from initiation to completion.

• Document project scope, goals, and deliverables, and create detailed project plans.

• Collaborate with Product Owner to document project requirements and develop project timelines.

• Allocate resources effectively and ensure project teams are working efficiently.

• Host Scrum/Project planning meetings with team to track progress, identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.

• Monitor project progress, track key metrics, and report on project status to stakeholders.

• Manage project budgets and resources to ensure financial objectives are met.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution.

• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations.

• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members.

• Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members on Project Management practices. Requirements • Significant experience in IT project management within the Automotive industry.

• Proficiency in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning.

• Strong understanding of Machine Language and Machine Learning Algorithms.

• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage large, complex projects.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with a wide variety of people.

• Proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to completion.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and maintain strong client relationships.

• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
