Sodexo Energy & Resource is seeking a qualified Site Coordinator to join our team at an Oil and Gas company in Houston, TX.

The ideal candidate has exemplary hospitality and interpersonal skills and relentlessly delivers exceptional customer service. Build a welcoming, helpful, and collaborative environment for the tenants and visitors occupying our Downtown Flagship Facility. The candidate is also comfortable working in a diverse and flexible work environment and can quickly manage multiple priorities and ensure the proper planning and execution of requests optimizing the experience for the customer. The position will have direct customer engagement to promptly respond to questions and facility-related issues. TheSite Coordinatorwill be an expert multitasker with impeccable attention to detail and an extraordinary ability to foresee risks and anticipate needs providing the best customer experience possible.  

Key Responsibilities:

• Heavy focus on hospitality-based operations

• Support Facility general management

• Developing solutions to customer requests

• Put in place some contingency plans in case of unforeseen scenarios supporting site operations and management

• Ensures timely reply to all service delivery needs, tickets, and issues that arise

• Collaborate and support management and operations team on new ideas and initiatives

• Focus on relationship building and support of our tenants

• Support all aspects of the operations team as needed

• Proficient in MS Office Suite; with an advanced skillset in Outlook, Maximo, and Smartsheet a plus

• Experience working in a corporate environment is a plus

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degreeor equivalent experience

Basic Management Experience - 3 years

Basic Functional Experience - 3 years experience within functional area or project management
