Description

We are in search of a Procure to Pay Support Engineer to join our team located in Houston, Texas. The successful candidate will provide specialized technical support for procurement processes, focusing on multiple applications related to these processes.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a technical expert for procurement platforms, offering guidance on best practices and system capabilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain application platforms to meet business needs

• Govern and own workflow configurations and company settings across all modules

• Manage user roles and permissions, adhering to the principle of least privilege access

• Administer integrations with SAP ERP and other applications that interact with procurement platforms

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues, providing technical support to users

• Address production issues via ITSM tool, resolving Incidents, Service tickets, and general inquiries raised by users

• Conduct Unit testing and support User Acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet business requirements

• Liaise with vendors on application version enhancements, patches, etc., ensuring compliance with patching policies

• Write application-specific Administration SOPs

• Offer technical insights and recommendations to ensure applications are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with long-term organizational goals

• Exhibit strong security and confidentiality practices with systems handling sensitive data

• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of application architectures, configurations, and processes.

Requirements

• Applicant must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role.

• Mastery of P2P and PTP systems is essential with SAP HANA Platform

• Proficiency in SAP Ariba is required.

• Familiarity with Ariba systems and processes is a must.

• Experience with the Coupa platform is highly desirable.
