Position : Process Simulation Intern

Employment type: Full-time Intern (Summer)

Duration: Minimum 12 Weeks

  • May 19th through August 8th

  • June 23rd through September 12th

Work Type : Hybrid (3 days a week in office)  

Work Authorization : This application is intended for candidates that are eligible for full-time work authorization in the United States upon completing their education.

Locations:

  • Lake Forest, CA and Houston, TX.

Responsibilities:

This internship will focus on improving the quality and user experience for our simulation product, with a focus on the end-user (Chemical & Process Engineers). This type of internship typically includes:

• Verifying calculations

• Validating user workflows and user experience

• Developing sample simulations

Skills & Qualifications :

  • Programming in C# or C++ is a plus

  • Having a working knowledge of Visual Studio and source code repositories is a plus

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree or PhD in Chemical Engineering.

  • GPA 3.00 or above a plus

  • 0-3 years of work experience

  • Should be a self-starter who takes the initiative to overcome obstacles and continue to make progress, while working under minimal direct, day-to-day supervision.

      

Salary Range:

$36,000.00 - $110,000.00

This pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation that the position offers, and final compensation can vary within the range depending on work location, job experience, skills, and relevant educational attainment and/or training.
