We are seeking a PP&C Analyst II to join our team and play a crucial role in the successful execution of our projects. As a PP&C Analyst II, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, some of which include establishing a communication plan with the Project Management team and key stakeholders. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to optimize supply chain requirements. Facilitate communication among vendors and suppliers ensuring the smooth execution of free-issued materials. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Compile status information to expedite movement of material, engineering, and documentation to Fabricator for orders within the United States, India, and China offices.

  • Run SAP ZUAP report that shows purchase orders, vendors and delivery dates for equipment and materials to coordinate with third-party vendors regarding status.

  • Contact vendors for updated delivery dates and packing lists.

  • Coordinate recovery plans with vendors when they are behind schedule

  • Attend monthly project progress meetings with Project Managers and Finance to check the health of their projects and to be informed of any procured equipment delivery dates that may need revised in SAP.

  • Communicate to stakeholder’s information regarding delivery dates for vendor equipment design and documentation to benefit project progress.

  • Work with Project Managers to meet the assembly schedules and ensure that all materials required for skid assembly are on schedule based on priorities.

  • Attends weekly tier meetings with Project Managers and Engineers to ensure internal design, drawings and related engineering documentation are accurate and on schedule.

  • Provide Data Analysis Reports

  • Expedite vendors on late deliveries, work with them on improving PSR reporting.

  • Expedite suppliers for Progress Reports and Schedules monthly

  • Provide metrics for the number of freight shipments to consolidators, inventory movement to sub vendors accomplished each month, approximate value of shipments, vendor PO’s and values.

  • Improve global collaboration, cross training and mentorship with all expeditors/shipping coordinators

  • Support Project Managers as Point of Contact for shipping/expediting issues

  • Update Expediting / Shipping tools to align with global organizational tools

  • Identify process improvements opportunities

You Must Have

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • 7+ years proven experience in a Project Expeditor or Procurement role.

  • Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Suite.

  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Knowledge and understanding of manufacturing processes.

  • Experience using SharePoint preferred.
