Thrivent Financial Phone Caller in Houston, Texas

Summary

This position provides scheduling support to Lance Thompson. This role is critical to our member experience and requires a friendly, upbeat demeanor. The incumbent supports the daily operations of the practice, including, but not limited to: answering the phones, scheduling appointments for advisors, Thrivent Financial computer systems and programs in support of client relations, and other administrative tasks as assigned. The Office Professional reports to and is employed by Lance Thompson.

This position can be full time or part time and is an in-office position. This role does not provide any medical benefits. Compensation for this position is $18-21/hr.

Job Description

Position Roles/Responsibilities/Accountabilities

  • Scheduling appointments and meetings

  • Coordinating attendees for seminars

  • Reaching out to clients about various events, seminars, or meetings

  • Completes other miscellaneous tasks as assigned

Position Qualifications

  • Previous scheduling and high volume phone calling required

  • Strong technical computer aptitude and knowledge of business tools (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or ability to learn

  • Ability to maintain integrity of sensitive/confidential information

  • Basic understanding of Rodney Hill and Aaron Dunn, our products and services, and Thrivent Financial

As part of Lance Thompson's recruiting/hiring/contracting process, a verification of a candidate's background will be made to complete the hiring/contracting process. In addition, fingerprints will be taken for submission to the Federal Bureau of Investigation for review against nationwide fingerprint records.
