Work you'll do
Translate complex and ambiguous problems into clear and actionable strategies and solutions
Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, using storytelling and visualization techniques to convey project planning and related insights and recommendations
Comfort working in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment
Facilitate meetings with internal and external teams, documenting, and tracking action items to completion as applicable
Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop, review, and submit deliverables
Track and report on the team's progress, identify and implement process improvements, and ensure functional solutions meet quality standards

Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree
Typically has 3 or more years of consulting and/or industry experience
Change Management experience
PMO support experience
Salesforce implementation experience
Jira experience
Ability to work independently, under general guidance
Ability to lead project deliverables through to completion
Experience working in a team environment
Professional oral and written communication skills
Relevant software or application skills to complete job successfully
Problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
Ability to travel 20 - 50% based on the clients and industries you serve

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $76,725 to $127,875.00.
