The Team

The Finance & Enterprise Performance Offering partners as a trusted advisor to CFOs, COOs, CIOs, and key executives. We advise, implement and deliver as a service solution, helping our clients develop strategies and capabilities to support enterprise wide decision making, improve finance operations, and create impact within their organization.

Work you'll do

As a Manager at Deloitte, you will manage and deliver components of client engagements by identifying, designing, and implementing technology and creative business solutions for large companies. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, and defining support procedures.

• Formulating planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting strategies.

• Managing end to end implementations.

• Developing statements of work and/or client proposals.

• Identifying business opportunities to increase usability and profitability of information architecture.

• Developing and managing vendor relationships.

• Leading workshops for client education.

• Managing resources and budget on client projects.

• Supporting and driving the team by providing oversight.

QualificationsRequired:

• 6+ years relevant experience implementing one or more EPM technologies, specifically OneStream.

• 1+ years' experience as a OneStream Certified Lead Architect.

• 2+ years' experience leading and managing project teams.

• Experience with program leadership, governance, and change enablement

• Ability to travel up to 50%, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

• Bachelor's Degree

• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Preferred:

• Advanced Degree preferred.

• Strong functional knowledge around financial systems and processes.

• Proven skills as a team member, team lead, or project manager on at least one full life cycle implementation.

• A proven resource in defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing, and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines.

• Ability to work independently, manage small engagements, or parts of large engagements.

• Willingness to mentor junior staff.

• Committed to gaining exposure to multiple industries.

• Adept at implementing technology-enabled business solutions for clients as part of a high-talent team.

• Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)

• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.

• Ability to collaborate with clients.

Deloitte considers a wide range of factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and delivery model. We would not anticipate that the individual hired into this role would land at or near the top end of the range, but such a decision will be dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the range is $137,700 to $229,500.You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on a range of factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
