As Manager Credit, you will lead a team of professionals to establish appropriate policies, procedures, and reporting to track credit risk and exposure. Strong financial acuity, communication and interpersonal skills are keys to success!

Responsibilities/Expectations:
Leads workforce planning and career development for direct employees
Develops/manages budgets, plan and forecasts; conducts regular cost analysis
Establishes credit risk management practices and procedures in accordance with the objectives of senior leadership
Oversees team members in the analysis, review, and establishment of credit limits for counterparties
Partners with other internal teams to evaluate the credit risk associated with potential transactions and recommend appropriate options to mitigate such risk
Works with team to establish credit related reports to monitor credit exposures, counterparty activity, concentrations of credit risk across the company, and adherence to established credit policy
Other duties as assigned
Education/Years of Experience:
- Required: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and a minimum of seven (7) years' experience in corporate credit
Other Requirements:
Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Application and PC skills
Demonstrates attention to detail and analytical skills
Strong financial analysis, modeling, and reporting skills
In-depth knowledge of credit practices, policies and procedures, credit risk evaluation and mitigation
Ability to analyze financial statements to assess credit issues or concerns
Knowledge of financial and commodity derivatives
Preferred: Shown leadership experience and ability
