Description
FULLY ONSITE IN HOUSTON
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive marketing strategies, graphic design, and administrative support to Brokers, the Office Manager, and the Managing Partners.
Marketing & Graphic Design:
Develop and manage email campaigns, track their performance metrics and adjust strategies for optimization.
Collaborate with brokers to maintain monthly listing spreadsheet and upload new brochures to the website with content consistency.
Oversee commercial real estate listing platforms for property listing accuracy and updates.
Create and review marketing materials such as brochures, signage, presentations, and event invites.
Manage website updates weekly and propose content updates.
Maintain cohesive brand presence across all marketing materials.
Create and update PowerPoint presentations for meetings and proposals.
Maintain a systematic online filing system for easy access to marketing assets.
Lead coordination with external vendors for marketing material approvals and payments.
Schedule LinkedIn content promoting company news, listings, and events.
Leverage data analytics tools for campaign effectiveness.
Administrative Support:
Maintain the master broker contact database.
Coordinate marketing events including sending invitations and tracking responses.
Manage investor communication.
Oversee contract renewals for marketing platforms.
Write and update procedural documentation for marketing and administrative processes.
Other Responsibilities:
Attend required meetings and phone conferences.
Identify and propose solutions for marketing workflow improvements.
Handle special requests from Managing Partner or Office Manager.
Maintain and design marketing materials.
Requirements
MUST PROVIDE PORTFOLIO OF WORK
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in graphic design, marketing or related field.
Strong proficiency in Mailchimp.
Proficiency in graphic design tools (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.).
Experience with commercial real estate listing platforms (LoopNet, CoStar, Crexi) preferred.
Experience with website management and basic administrative functions.
Familiarity with Matterport is a plus.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.
