  About this role:

GoCo is experiencing rapid growth, and we’re seeking a dynamic and highly organized Marketing Campaign Manager, Demand Generation & Partnerships to drive the expansion of both our partner marketing and demand generation initiatives. As a key player on our marketing team, you’ll use your B2B marketing expertise to expand our presence across key partner channels—like benefits brokers, integration partners, and HR consultants—while also supporting broader demand generation initiatives that fuel GoCo’s growth.

 

What will I be doing?

Drive Partner Marketing Efforts :

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to grow GoCo’s partner channels, including benefits brokers, integration partners, HR consultants, and other referral sources.

  • Create marketing materials that enable partners to successfully refer GoCo to their clients.

  • Conduct market research to identify and prioritize partner opportunities, including benefits brokers, HR consultants, and integration partners.

    Support Demand Generation Initiatives :

  • Collaborate with the marketing team on direct campaigns targeting prospects, ensuring alignment with our overall growth goals.

  • Leverage partner relationships to create opportunities for demand generation.

    Manage Referral Program Operations :

  • Oversee GoCo’s referral program, working with the Director of Marketing to advertise the program, manage the referral funnel, and track partner performance to generate a steady flow of qualified leads for the sales team.

    Support Sales & Partner Enablement:

  • Assist the sales team by creating partner enablement materials and offering direct sales support.

  • Get familiar with the sales pipeline and processes, and find ways to improve referral volume and direct deals.

  • Provide direct support to our boots-on-the-ground sales reps by creating impactful collateral that helps them stand out in the field. You’ll also brainstorm fun, creative experiences and events that engage prospects and partners. 

  • Plan and execute events that leave a lasting impression on attendees

    Track and Report on Campaign Performance :

  • Use HubSpot and other tools to track the success of both partner and demand generation campaigns.

  • Provide weekly reports on metrics like deal creation, partner referrals, and repeat referrers, and offer insights for ongoing improvements.

    Adapt and Experiment :

  • Be ready to try new strategies, especially in experimental marketing programs. Pivot when needed and capitalize on successes to drive growth..

    Stay Organized and Proactive :

  • You’ll manage multiple projects across teams and stakeholders, so it’s important to stay on top of deliverables and timelines. Confidently move projects forward by proactively communicating and ensuring everything stays on track.

     

    Necessary Skills

  • 3+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 1 year focused on partner-specific campaign management.

  • Proven project management skills; you’re highly organized and able to coordinate cross-functional projects and stakeholders, including executives.

  • Strong communication and feedback skills. You’re proactive about seeking input early and can collaborate effectively across teams.

  • Creative and resourceful problem solver. You bring fresh ideas and enjoy finding new ways to approach challenges.

  • Data-driven with a passion for optimization and continuous improvement.

  • Flexible, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced startup environment.

    Other Pluses:

  • Startup experience.

  • Experience marketing to benefits brokers, consultants, or CPAs is a major bonus.

  • SaaS experience preferred, HR tech is even better.

  • Familiarity with HubSpot and Jira.
