Aerotek Maintenance Technician in Houston, Texas

Job Description

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician responsible for performing maintenance on various types of conveyor systems and mechanical equipment. The role includes repairing chains, sprockets, shafts, bearing assemblies, and understanding tensioners. The technician will also be tasked with repairing photoeye sensors, switches, and wiring up 3-phase motors, focusing primarily on mechanical maintenance. The ideal candidate will utilize maintenance software to track all preventative maintenance activities.

  • Mechanical maintenance

  • Repairing chains, sprockets, shafts

  • Bearing assembly

  • Understanding tensioners

  • Repairing photoeye sensors

  • Switches

  • Wiring 3-phase motors

  • Using maintenance software

Work Environment

The work environment is a very clean facility with air conditioning.
