Your Role at KIK

Join us as a skilled Machine Operator! Contribute to a safe and clean work environment, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices, Standard Operating Procedures, and Safety Standards. Be a vital part of our team— Apply Today! This position has an hourly rate of $17.50 in addition to quarterly incentive bonuses.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Includes bottling handling equipment, labelers and or quality data collection for the filling or blowmolding lines.

  • Maintain vigilance for any disruptions within the filling operation and able to react quickly to overcome such upsets

  • Ability to identify unsafe conditions and react with proper techniques to correct these conditions

  • Ability to communicate clearly with downline associates, supervisors, managers, and maintenance department

  • Manage alerts to maintenance and management for all maintenance related issues

  • Follows and supports all Safety programs

What You’ll Bring

  • Machine Operator experience in a Packaging/Filling industry

  • Production knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods

  • Mechanical knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance

  • Basic Mathematics skills of arithmetic and statistics, and their applications

  • Possibility of working around unpleasant odors.

  • Working in non-temperature-controlled environment

  • Possibility of working around high noise levels, depending on location.

  • Constant interaction with a variety of chemicals and chemical products.

  • Must be able to lift 45lbs.

  • Must be able to work overtime where necessary.

  • Must be able to work in accordance with Health and Safety and GMP regulations.

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. This position has an hourly rate of $17.50. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic/office location.
