A clinical research organization is looking for a Lab Specimen Processor to join their team! This is an exciting opportunity to join a research organization that works on a wide range of projects including clinical, diagnostics, therapeutics, and more.

Pay: $18-$20/hr (depending on experience)

Schedule: Tues-Sat 8a-5p- flexible to work rotating weekends if needed

Type of Job: Contract 6 months

Lab Specimen Processor daily tasks :

• Responsible for defrosting -80-degree freezers and organizing freezer contents.

• Organizing, tracking, and sampling inventory in -80-degree freezers.

• Responsible for freezer map and specimen inventory log

• Coordinating sample shipment with clinical site and carriers.

Lab Specimen Processor Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; B.S. degree in Science preferred

• 2+ years of laboratory documentation or accessioning experience
