Job Description

An Oil and Gas employer in the Downtown Houston area is looking to hire an Mid-Senior level iOS Developer. This person will be joining the Real Time Operations Information Systems Department, and will be responsible for building new iOS applications for internal end users, as well as maintaining and enhancing existing applications in Swift. Additionally, there are various real-time web applications needing to be converted into mobile apps for field engineers to access. This person will collaborating with the design team to define app features, ensure quality and performance of the application to specifications, and identify potential problems and resolve applications bottlenecks. This position will be required to be onsite 5 days / week in Downtown Houston.

Based on knowledge and years of experience, this position offers an hourly pay rate of $60-69/hr.

Skills and Requirements

5+ years minimum experience with mobile development

Experience working on large scale iOS applications

Strong experience in Swift, SwiftUI and proficiency in Xcode

Strong communication & collaboration for problem solving

Ability to translate technical updates to stakeholders

Experience in an Agile environment Experience in the O&G industry

Background in web software development

Experience with CSS, HTML, JS null
