Inventory Coordinator

Pay Rate: $19/hr

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

The main role of an Inventory Coordinator is to act as support for the Inventory Department. This position is responsible for the flow of items between the various internal processes up to and including job staging.

Primary Focus

• Timely movement of items from internal processes to QC area.

• Direct all incoming goods (raw & finished) to stores utilizing 24 hr dock-to-stock precepts

• Forward compliant items from QC area to staged kit or stores; update database.

• Organize media drop stores area; move drops from Pleater area to stores

• Move returned / overage items (from QC, PRODUCTION, LATHE and WELDRM) to stock area as / when needed

• Assist Warehouse Manager with overall stores space utilization

• Conduct cycle counts on NON-weekly media

• Assist with Cycle Count schedule as needed.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, Some College or Production certification such as APICS helpful.

• General warehousing protocols, Computer literate, Detail oriented, Lift Trucks
