(This list is not exhaustive and may be supplemented as necessary by the company.) • Project management, negotiations, performance tracking and reporting • Standards, policies, training, and support of organization • In-depth knowledge of IT Infrastructure • The ability to manage multiple work streams in support of acquisitions and divestitures • Management of projects in Jira, Confluence, and Tempo budgets • Communications, Presentations and meetings and support • Research, development, and improvement measures • Self-starter who acts as a single point of contact for high complexity projects for the department • Responsible for all aspects of engineering design and permitting • Work with other departments within organization to establish customer requirements and project costs Required Minimum Qualifications: • Education Requirements • 5+ years of Project Management experience in a combination of the following areas: o IT Infrastructure/Network Management • PMP or equivalent • Experience in Jira, Confluence, and Tempo Budgets Preferred Qualifications: • Preferred Education – Some College • Preferred Experience – 10+ years of project management experience • Preferred Certification/License – CCNA, PMP or CSM • Experience with Networks, Firewalls, and Gas Infrastructure

Gas Infrastructure-Upstream and Midstream, Transporting, Measuring selling them. Primarily sits up the upside, Pipeline are regulated. Upstream and Midstream experience. Electrical side of the house, We generate power in Texas, Lone Star generates the power, Gexa and Frontier will sell power to customers, supporting transmission and retail side. Understands some of that is trainable, who understands technologies were working with. A lot of work will have several years of projects. 27 projects in his group. IT Infra-Circuit Trace ATT MPLS, Understanding Circuits, ordering Circuits. Understanding how the technologies works, How a router plugs in. Will work on a lot of cookie cutter things, well path that communicates back to company, LTE router bringing it back into the network. Working on Landfill gas, collecting natural gas into. Any knowledge of Gas Scada is a plus. Very focused on regulatory and cyber security. Deployment and integration. Hardware. Cisco routers, Cisco Switches, Palo Firewalls. Will be working directly with the engineers, stand on top of the engineer to make sure he hits deliverables. Jira Agile environment. Not rigid we use a template. Confluence. May be some travel not required. One PM now is only need potential Network Engineers in the future. Would like to see resumes. Have 3 pms under now. Really like some network engineers. Program manager- 27 projects. Monday Mornings Tuesdays spotty. Friday. Teams meeting- 1hr. 1 and done.

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $60.00/hr.
