We are seeking a Architectural Design Lead to work directly with senior leadership to develop design concepts through verbal, written, and graphic means. Responsibilities include partnering with the project architect and other team members to develop presentation drawings, plans, elevations, RCPs and details. Collaborating on the internal production of architectural drawings to convey the intent of overall building concepts as well as develop more detailed drawings.

The successful candidate will have a strong and diverse design portfolio, will be interested in working on projects from concept design through construction administration, and in working in a fast-paced environment, often balancing priorities of multiple small projects. This person will be a self-starter who is able to work independently and with some direction.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 7 years of design experience
Prior experience with developing design concepts
B.Arch or M.Arch, or equivalent degree
Proficiency with Revit and design software such as (Adobe, Affinity, Rhino, Enscape)
Strong communication skills
