We are offering a full-time contract opportunity for a Graphic Designer within the Energy/Natural Resources industry, located in Houston, Texas. The role involves working on various design projects, including print and digital, to support the brand's visual storytelling presence.

Responsibilities:

• Generate and implement creative ideas for a wide range of branded items, such as brochures, banners, templates, social media graphics, and stationery.

• Utilize a range of design tools and software, including Adobe Creative Cloud, to create and manage design assets.

• Design and manage the production of reports, presentations, eNewsletters, and infographics.

• Assist in the creation of motion and animated graphics in collaboration with the team.

• Oversee the production process of print materials, ensuring the delivery of print-ready art files to external printers.

• Maintain and manage the organization of art files, adhering to file naming standards and processes.

• Contribute to the strategic development of the brand's visual storytelling presence.

• Manage multiple projects and deadlines, prioritizing tasks effectively.

• Serve as a key member of the crisis communications response team, providing valuable input in times of need.

• Use Desktop Publishing and Digital Printing to produce high-quality materials.

Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Graphic Design, preferably within the Energy/Natural Resources industry.

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud.

• Strong background in Graphic Design and Desktop Publishing.

• Experience with Digital Printing, producing Annual Reports, Brochures, and Web Banners.

• Proficient in creating Editorial Illustrations and infographics.

• Skilled in creating Powerpoint Presentations and Email Newsletters.

• Experience designing Newsletters, Flyers, Templates, and Social Media Graphics.

• Ability to create Branded Content.

• Experience with 3D Animation and 2D Animation.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field preferred.
