Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity in the industry for a Full Charge Bookkeeper in Houston, Texas. This role involves managing a variety of financial tasks and maintaining accurate records for our clients that own franchises.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing client relationships effectively and professionally

• Performing bank reconciliations on a regular basis

• Executing journal entries as required

• Preparing comprehensive financial reports

• Using Great Plains (GPAC) and Microsoft Excel to manage and analyze financial data

• Handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes

• Conducting monthly bank reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial data. Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in Great Plains (GPAC) software is essential

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required

• Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) is crucial

• Ability to manage Journal Entries is necessary

• Experience in performing Bank Reconciliations is required

• Proficiency in conducting Monthly Bank Reconciliation is a must

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

• Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or in a similar role

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field is preferred.
