We are seeking a Field Technician - Asset Tagging to join our Houston, TX team! Come join us!

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Atlas is seeking a Field Technician to work on our Asset Tagging team in the Houston, TX area. The Field Technician will perform asset tagging & database updates for national retail Clients. The Field Technician will use mobile applications on a smart device to record & catalog asset information and upload it to our client’s asset management system. The Field Technician will work with real-time Atlas QC to ensure timely and accurate reporting on critical Client assets.

Minimum requirements:

  • Possess physical strength, stamina, and dexterity to perform site activities.

  • Ability to bend and stoop to be at floor level

  • Should be able to handle multiple assignments

  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact with the public at large and in-store retail staff

  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours when the project requires

  • Must have a valid driver’s license, safe driving record, and dependable transportation

Technical requirements:

  • Familiarity with iPhone and/or iPad & mobile applications

Other miscellaneous qualities:

  • Adhere to Atlas and site-specific safety standards

  • Ability and willingness to travel locally and to out-of-town sites, with short notice - 90% travel for position

  • Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs required

  • Must possess good verbal and written communication skills

  • Must have the ability to work independently and on project teams
