Field Service Technician - HVAC
Ultimate LLC is immediately hiring candidates for commercial service in the Houston area. The pay range is $25-32 per hour based on experience. All candidates are scheduled 40+ hours a week. We are looking for skilled craftsmen to add to our team of dedicated, safe, productive, and proven craftsmen. Ultimate LLC provides weekly pay for all employees with no week in the hole and optional direct deposit.
Ultimate Job Duties
Communicating with customers
Knowledge general plumbing, painting, carpentry, electrical, AC/heating systems and site maintenance to complete required tasks
Operates service trucks to/from service calls and as needed to pick up and/or deliver parts or equipment
Ability to perform maintenance or service of buildings both onsite and at customer’s site
Complete inspections and estimates for buildings
Maintain and utilize all standard PPE including but not limited to hard hat, safety glasses, fall protection/prevention equipment
Prioritizes tasks and manages time to meet deadlines
Ability to plan and schedule workload and maintenance.
Ability to travel
Other duties as required or assigned
Ultimate Carpenter Requirements
5+ years of Construction experience
Appropriate PPE (Hard hat, vest, steel toe boots)
Must have basic hand tools to perform trade
Ability to perform regular standing, bending and kneeling and lifting of up to 50 lbs without assistance
Drug Test Required
Background Check Required
Has a minimum of 2 years of HVAC repair experience
Holds a valid and current Universal EPA Certification
