Robert Half Director of Marketing in Houston, Texas
Description 1. Executes and drives marketing strategies in the assigned area of responsibility. 2. Develops and maintains key client relationships with a focus on partnering with clients on cross marketing efforts. 3. Leads the audit program for marketing/client relationships in all verticals. 4. Supports new account openings, including press releases, internal marketing, signage, décor, employee uniforms. 5. Maintains awareness of the overall service portfolio and promote services and products when appropriate, ensuring peers and teams outside of core responsibility are aware of potential opportunities and needed action. 6. Provides strategic insight within assigned area of responsibility related to future business initiatives, market drivers, and competitor activities for inclusion in business planning. 7. Works with organizational teams, peers, and field level leadership on leveraging our brand into the location/system and co-branding opportunities. 8. Attends industry events and conferences and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends. 9. Identify opportunities for marketing campaigns within area of responsibility that will lead to increased sales. 10. Works with organizational team on projects, proposals, RFP/RFI, and designs of all business collateral. 11. Manages all aspects of social media for the brand. 12. Supports new openings in a project management role alongside operations and clinical teams. Requirements
• Positive, detail oriented attitude. • Bachelor’s degree in related field. • Minimum 5 years of experience in the assigned area of responsibility or market sector. • Travel will be 65% as this is a hands-on, site-based position, working with our partners and team. • Ability to think quickly, analytically, strategically, and accurately. • Strong leadership presence and the ability to quickly establish and build credibility in relationships, externally as well as internally. • Knowledge of marketing strategies in the Food & Beverage industry. • Excellent business judgement, including the ability to assess the reasonableness and likelihood of success of various business scenarios. • Ability to demonstrate and develop expert client relationships. • Strong written and verbal skills, including financial and technical acumen. • Goal oriented. • Ability to work with individuals and teams to achieve a positive organizational outcome.
