Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Senior UI/UX Designer based in Houston, Texas. This role involves working in a hybrid workplace, primarily focused on creating digital experiences that enhance brand identity and engage customers. The successful candidate will be a part of a studio team that collaborates with subject matter experts, designers, developers, and marketing specialists to achieve these goals.
Responsibilities:
• Create and manage compelling copywriting for digital experiences.
• Utilize Stripo or similar email building tools to support customer email communications.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and adapt to various project management modes.
• Demonstrate strong design acumen to identify what works within the confines of a brand style guide and pre-defined email templates.
• Work within enterprise-scale email development workflows.
• Incorporate feedback from various content reviewers.
• Contribute to the acquisition of new customers and satisfaction of existing customers across all services.
• Elevate the company's brand identity.
• Utilize HTML and Salesforce Marketing Cloud to support design and communication initiatives.
• Work within Agile/Scrum frameworks and use Atlassian tools for project management. Requirements • Proven experience in UI/UX design is crucial.
• Proficiency in HTML and other design tools is necessary.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Experience in Agile, Scrum, and Atlassian Jira to manage projects effectively.
• Familiarity with design frameworks and creating compelling content for various platforms.
• Ability to create and manage templates for design consistency.
• Knowledge of brand awareness and corporate identity principles.
• Experience in customer service and marketing is beneficial.
• Proven project management and production skills to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Understanding of financial notes and sustainability practices within the design industry.
• Experience in copywriting and creating scalable designs.
• Familiarity with bonus programs and ability to work with subject matter experts.
• Ability to collaborate with the marketing department and other teams.
