As a Deputy Program Manager, you’ll work on challenging bridge and roadway programs that depend on your vision, expertise, intuition, and leadership to plan, direct, and monitor all aspects of complex program delivery.
Your knowledge and support to the Program Manager will help guide impactful programs and projects with a high degree of technical complexity from concept stage through detailed design, construction and operational readiness. You’ll lead multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and consultants to complete tasks within established schedules and budgets and advance our business development strategies. You’ll be empowered to deliver the boldest solutions for our transportation clients.
Your success will contribute to increased client satisfaction, market share, improved profit, and stronger employee retention. Market contributions will include business planning, strategy development, and quarterly reviews. Internally, you’ll also collaborate directly with our Client Account Managers and Regional Leadership.

We’ll Also Ask you to:
• Support the Program Manager to manage external client and stakeholders, as well as internal staff, to complete work on-time and within budget • Work closely with the Construction Manager and General Contractor to monitor and track construction progress on-site.
• Oversee interdisciplinary teams and provide review and guidance during development of deliverables
• When necessary, coordinate with regulatory agencies and serve as a liaison between clients and other agencies
• Mentor and lead other transportation staff while creating an environment in which innovation and differences are openly shared, embraced, and incorporated into the team’s activities
• Assist with proposal development and participate in interviews and presentations
• Partner with the global Program Management team on leadership best practices
