TEKsystems Data Management Specialist III in Houston, Texas
Position Overview:
Overseeing 200 projects, each with different timelines.
Proficiency in document management systems, Microsoft Suite, Oracle, and Aconex is essential.
Hybrid role with remote work on Mondays and Fridays. Must thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to multitask effectively.
Requirements:
4-5 years of professional experience in the oil and gas industry.
Experience with owner-operators like Williams is preferred, but any oil and gas experience is acceptable.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects.
Proficiency in Oracle Aconex is a must.
Ability to train others in Aconex.
Job Description:
The main function of a Data Management Specialist is to manage and organize inbound/outbound documents according to company procedures.
A typical Document Control Clerk is also responsible for data entry within the document control group.
Classifies, catalogs, stores and retrieves documentation generated by department personnel. Data entry tasks including updating records and tracking deliverables.
Responsible for the recording and keeping of physical and/or electronic documents, including distribution of new documents and removing obsolete records.
Ability to perform quality control and documentation review checks.
Develop, implement and execute document control policies and procedures.
Administer document and system access rights and revision control to ensure security of system and integrity of documents.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $35.00/hr.
