Robert Half D365 FO Business Analyst in Houston, Texas

Description We are offering an exciting opportunity in the energy and natural resources industry located in Houston, Texas. The role is an ERP/CRM Consultant, focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance. The ideal candidate will be a key player in supporting our international growth and development initiatives, contributing to project implementation teams, and delivering and executing tasks to implement and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance.

Responsibilities:

• Engage in the full project life cycle, including preparation, implementation, and maintenance of Dynamics 365 Finance solution.

• Collaborate with the Functional Lead to design and develop functional processes that enhance the capabilities and user-friendliness of Dynamics 365 finance and operations development.

• Advocate for the benefits and key features of Dynamics 365 FO, facilitating its adoption within the company.

• Identify, manage, and mitigate risks throughout the development and implementation phases.

• Ensure effective communication of changes and updates to the Dynamics solution to relevant stakeholders.

• Utilize strong analytical abilities for business analysis and solution requirements identification using Dynamics 365.

• Display technical functional knowledge in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Purchasing, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.

• Show a desire to progress in your career with a focus on continuous learning and development.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team, taking ownership of projects.

• Proficiency in end-user training and support.

• Willingness to travel occasionally to other corporate offices. Requirements • A minimum of 5 years of experience working as an ERP/CRM Consultant.

• Demonstrable expertise with D365, Dynamics Ax, MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, and MS Dynamics AX.

• Familiarity with the Energy/Natural Resources industry is preferred.

• Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing ERP/CRM projects.

• Excellent problem-solving skills with an ability to address complex issues.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and utilize complex data.

• Knowledge of project management principles and best practices.
