Description

A technical school in North Houston is in need of a Financial Aid Advisor on a temporary to full-time basis. Duties include assisting students and parents with completing a FAFSA application, collecting financial paperwork, over the phone and face to face communication and packaging students to receive financial aid funds. Requirements • Proven experience in answering inbound calls efficiently and professionally.

• Demonstrable experience in a call center, providing high-quality customer service.

• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to handle queries and complaints effectively.

• Proficiency in data entry, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Excellent skills in email correspondence, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.

• Experience in handling both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to use spreadsheets effectively for data organization.

• Competency in using Microsoft Word for various administrative tasks.

• Experience in order entry, ensuring all customer orders are processed accurately and promptly.
