We are offering an exciting opportunity in the accounting world. We're on the hunt for a Controller to join our team located in Houston, Texas. As a Controller, you will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities related to financial management, including processing accounting functions, auditing, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all accounting functions, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

• Utilize Accounting Software Systems to maintain and update financial records.

• Ensure compliance with ADP - Financial Services standards and regulations.

• Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and transparency in all financial dealings.

• Oversee and manage budget processes to maintain financial stability and efficiency.

• Carry out month end close procedures to keep financial records up to date.

• Prepare annual financial reporting documents, ensuring they are accurate and completed in a timely manner.

• Develop and prepare financial statements according to accounting guidance.

• Regularly monitor and review customer accounts, taking appropriate action where necessary.

Requirements • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a financial management role, preferably as a Controller

• Proficient in Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is preferred

• Comprehensive understanding and experience with accounting functions

• Proven ability in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Previous experience in Auditing is necessary

• Knowledge and experience in managing budget processes

• Ability to handle Month End Close tasks efficiently

• Experience in Annual Financial Reporting is required

• Must have skills in Financial Statement Preparation

• Solid understanding of Accounting Guidance is expected
