PEOPLELINK LLC Carpenter in HOUSTON, Texas
Interprets blueprints, measures, cuts, and assembles wood and other materials to construct building frameworks, install fixtures like doors and cabinets, and perform repairs, while also overseeing and managing a team of other carpenters on a project, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to project timelines and specifications
- Extensive experience as a skilled carpenter with a strong understanding of carpentry techniques and building codes
- Proven leadership abilities, including the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with other trades and clients
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and construction documents
- Knowledge of construction safety procedures and regulations
- Ability to manage budgets and project timelines
- Proficiency with power tools and hand tools
Pay Details:
Overtime is possible, additional extended hours may also be in place depending on the need.
Workweek Details:
Mon-Friday, possible weekends 40-50 Hrs. or more.
