Description We are in search of a Business Analyst to become part of our team based in Houston, Texas. The role involves a deep understanding of business processes, using a variety of tools to provide analysis and support in the resolution of business challenges. The position is part of a dynamic environment, where your work will directly impact the overall success of the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Analyzing business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement using Atlassian Jira and CRM systems.

• Conducting Gap Analysis to understand the disparity between business objectives and current capabilities.

• Utilizing Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for data analysis, report generation, and documentation purposes.

• Implementing AB Testing to evaluate and enhance business strategies and practices.

• Operating within an Agile Scrum framework to facilitate project management and promote team collaboration.

• Understanding and documenting Business Process Functions to provide clear visibility of operations and facilitate process improvement.

• Creating and maintaining Business Requirement Documents to guide the development of systems and processes.

• Administering claims and ensuring that all relevant processes and policies are adhered to.

• Collaborating with different teams to resolve any issues that may arise and ensure smooth operations.

• Participating in regular meetings and providing updates on progress and challenges. Requirements • Applicant must hold a minimum of five years of experience in the role of a Business Analyst

• Proficiency in Atlassian Jira is a must

• Demonstrable experience in CRM is required

• Must possess strong skills in Gap Analysis

• Mastery of Microsoft Excel is mandatory

• Knowledge and experience in using Microsoft Word is necessary

• Experience in AB Testing is expected

• Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology is essential

• Understanding of Business Process Functions is required

• Ability to create and manage Business Requirement Documents is key
