Description

A company in North Houston is in need of a Branch Service Administrator on a temporary to full-time basis. Duties include:

a. Receive and route incoming customer requests via phone and email

b. Support material management activities at the branch including shipping, receiving and returning of parts

c. Administrative support to managers within the branch

2. Job performance is measured by:

a. Service notification accuracy

b. Timely receipt and return of service parts

c. Timely purchase order request and completion

d. Consistent communication with National Service on job status and completion

e. Detailed and timely completion of timesheets and expense reports

3. Responsible for learning and following all applicable procedures and work instructions relating to the Company’s quality and environmental system.

4. Performs all other duties assigned by the Manager.

   Requirements • Proven experience in a customer service role within the manufacturing industry

• Demonstrated ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls efficiently

• Proficient in data entry and order entry tasks

• Strong written communication skills for email correspondence

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

• Familiarity with SAP or similar enterprise resource planning software

• Excellent ability in answering inbound calls promptly and professionally

• Exceptional customer service skills with a customer-first mindset
