Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
Installs and tests Auto Welding Systems
Checks electronic, hydraulic, mechanical and electrical circuitry to ensure proper function
Monitors machine performance during welding operations
Maintains and oversees services and repairs of malfunctions or breakdowns within the system
Carry out installations, modifications and design changes
Ensure overhead hoists are used correctly (undergo additional training where required)
Responsible for refusing unsafe work and for carrying out all work in accordance with the established HSES Safety standards and Work practices
Following all company policies and procedures, and ensuring subordinates do the same
Essential Qualifications and Education:
High school graduate
1 Year as AWS Technician Trainee
