You will represent clients in legal proceedings, prepare legal documents and advise clients on legal transactions, applicants should have an outgoing personality, able to speak to clients in both English and Spanish, applicants should also be organized with the ability to think quickly and multitask, applicants will be expected to go to trial, representing the state or municipality in traffic violations cases within a municipal court, conducting legal research, preparing cases for trial, negotiating plea bargains, appearing in court to advocate for the prosecution, and ensuring compliance with traffic laws, all under the supervision of a senior attorney or prosecutor within the traffic court division, review traffic citations, gather evidence, interview witnesses, and analyze case details to determine legal strategy, conduct thorough research on relevant traffic laws, ordinances, and case precedents to support prosecution arguments,
Background requirements
:
