Analyst, Lead Systems - 000EYD Description Enterprise Products Partners L.P. is one of the largest publicly traded partnerships and a leading North American provider of midstream energy services to producers and consumers of natural gas, NGLs, crude oil, refined products, and petrochemicals. Our services include natural gas gathering, treating, processing, transportation, and storage; NGL transportation, fractionation, storage and import and export terminals; crude oil gathering, transportation, storage, and terminals; petrochemical and refined products transportation, storage, and terminals; and a marine transportation business that operates primarily on the United States inland and Intracoastal Waterway systems. The partnership’s assets include approximately 50,000 miles of pipelines; 260 million barrels of storage capacity for NGLs, crude oil, refined products, and petrochemicals; and 14 billion cubic feet of natural gas storage capacity. We are seeking a Lead Systems Specialist (Business Analyst) with proven experience working with business stakeholders in the Oil and Gas Transportation industry. You must possess good knowledge of the Nomination, Distribution, and Scheduling business processes. You will be accountable for gathering, analyzing and documenting the requirements from our business stakeholders that will be used to define technical requirements that meet our business objectives. You will play an important role in ensuring coordination and collaboration of development teams in the continuous improvement of our commercial applications executing a wide range of business processes. Your duties will also include managing product backlog and prioritizing deliverables to provide best value for our stakeholders. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: + Work with business stakeholders to understand and document business requirements. + Develop user stories to communicate business requirements to development teams. + Develop business design documents based on business requirements. + Work with development/QA teams to help translate the business design into technical design and test approach. + Collaborate with development teams during design, development, and testing to make sure deliverables match business requirements. + Work with business teams to organize trainings prior to release as needed. + Collaborate with other BA team members in defining our product roadmap and release plans. Qualifications The successful candidate will meet the following qualifications: + 5 years of experience in Oil & Gas Transportation industry working in Nomination, Distribution and Scheduling business domains. + 5 years of Business Analyst experience. + 2 years of Product Owner experience is a plus. + Excellent knowledge of user-centered design principles. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills, exceptional written and verbal communication skills. + Proficiency in managing application backlog using tools like ADO TFS or Jira. + Experience working in an Agile organization using Scrum, Kanban, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), or other scaling model. + One or more of the following certifications is a plus oPBA from PMI institute oCBAP certification from IIBA Primary Location : USA-Texas-Houston : Shift : Day Job Travel : No Job Posting : Unposting Date : Ongoing Organization : Info Tech Job : Information Technology Job Level : Individual Contributor Req ID: 000EYD
