We are working with a well-known organization in Houston, TX looking to add an Accounting Manager to their team! This organization has great work/life balance and a hybrid 3 in 2 out schedule!

Accounting Manager Responsibilities:

• Manage and improve the fixed asset process to ensure accuracy and compliance

• General Ledger documentation

• Collaborate with department heads to provide financial details regarding their business segments

• Budget analysis

• Assist with month-end close activities, which include preparing journal entries and reconciliations for various accounts

• Manage project timelines and ensure work completion within a reasonable timeframe

• Play an active role in internal documentation processes

• Assist with special projects as and when needed

Requirements

Accounting Manager Experience Requirements:

• 2+ busy seasons out of public accounting or 4+ years of full cycle accounting

• Degree in Accounting

• Experience with NetSuite a plus
