Duties: - Process accounts payable transactions accurately and in a timely manner - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies - Ensure compliance with corporate accounting standards and SOX regulations - Collaborate with the human resources department for payroll-related tasks - Utilize accounting software such as Quicken, Workday, and Ceridian for efficient financial management - Assist in tax preparation and reporting activities
Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred - Proven experience in accounts payable or general accounting roles - Familiarity with payroll processes and systems - Knowledge of tax regulations and reporting requirements - Proficiency in accounting software such as Quicken, Workday, and Ceridian - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry
