Goodwill Possibilities Service Provider in Houghton, Michigan
Essential functions:
Provides assistance in various settings. These services may include but are not limited to: daily living tasks, health maintenance, housekeeping, recreational activities, etc.
Maintain accurate records of hours and services provided and document daily.
Provide local transportation and occasionally long distance transportation for consumers served, as requested.
Development of new and existing curriculums for Possibilities.
Maintain confidentiality, personal privacy, recipient rights, HIPPAA, and other similar practices.
General duties:
Responsible for implementing safety procedures and for safety of individuals and the reporting of any unsafe conditions observed.
Responsible for maintaining a clean work area.
Develop community relationships and suggest activities that strengthen community integration for persons that Goodwill serves.
Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
