Salary Range: $54,600 - $71,000 Comprehensive Benefits Package Paid Time Off 401k & Company Match Position Summary: The Sales Technology Analyst will support the Bimbo Bakeries USA business by defining and executing to bring world-class technology solutions to nationwide front line sales professionals and independent business partners as well as other sale leadership or operational roles.This position will assist the Sales Technology team and work with internal and partner vendor technology and development teams to prototype, test, evaluate and select hardware and configure and customize software solutions.The Sales Technology Analyst will learn and understand the customer needs and workflow, prioritizing functionality, evaluating vendors, writing epics and user stories to deliver solutions in an Agile process. They will also work with operational and other sales teams to test and deploy these solutions across the entire sales team, collecting and prioritizing feedback and issues for resolution.The position will also provide technical support for sales technology and applications with data analytics and insight creations; both to assist end users as well as participating in field tests of new releases and solutions to ensure effective in-market capabilities.

*Confident, self-starter, who is also results-driven and demonstrates professionalism *Serves in this business-critical role of Sales Analyst *Supplies analytical support to the Sales Technology Team to understand the customer's performance and provide continuous optimization recommendations at both a brand and customer level *Creates, formats, and understands reports of information to allow a more sustainable capability for informing associates across the organization of performance opportunities with market execution *Provides input to the creation of, and measuring the elements of, business cases for new technology initiatives. *Helps to manage and communicate to field teams performing pilots or beta tests of new capabilities. *The ideal candidate has experience working with various customer or technical solution output datasets, distilling information, can answer the "so what" of the data, and then can pull it all together with storytelling that answers the "now what" *Consolidates requirements from field, competition, other technical solutions to help define new solutions or enhancements to existing solutions provided to the customers of the DSDE Sales Technology Team.

Key Job Responsibilities: *Access relevant information, interpret results, draw conclusions, and forms recommendations about opportunities to improve sales plan performance *Use data manipulation and analytical tools to define, build and deliver usable, graphical reports that help guide creation and deployment of applications based on patterns, behaviors or correlations determined by the inputs *Works proactively in determining areas needing additional field training or communication of status to create content shared in weekly customer meetings and to distribute nationwide to local sales teams *Builds and delivers post-program reporting of business case metrics to support new solutions coming to market *Responsible to help run pilots and trials of new technology, developing and measuring KPI metrics to gauge success or propose modifications based on metric results. *Present internally and to external business partners and vendors as needed *Measure and build business case inputs from results of the reports and data availability for the sales teams to uncover the potential impacts of more automated, generalized approaches to the reporting *Analyze input customer data as well as information for multiple systems to determine identification methods for data quality anomalies and indicators guiding data governance and the use of inputs for reporting, action or other system analysis. #LI-JS1 Position Requirements:

Education and Work History: Bachelor's Degree in Technology or related field. A combination of education, training and experience that results in demonstrated competency to perform the work may be substituted. *1- 3 years of technical experience in manipulating data, managing the creation and modification of analytical tools, and other manipulation and data visualization tools Knowledge and use of Excel, SQL, PowerBI, PowerApps Qlik or other similar systems for data analysis or project management is a plus The physical and mental demands described in each job posting are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of each job.
