Duties and Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: developing and implementing operational strategies that align with the company goals. Process Improvement: identifying inefficiencies and implementing lean manufacturing principles to enhance productivity. People Leader: leading and mentoring operations teams fostering a culture of safety quality and continuous improvement. Budget Management: managing budgets and ensuring cost-effective operations while maintaining quality standards. Quality Assurance: ensuring that all products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements. Collaboration: coordinating with other departments such as supply chain engineering and sales to streamline operations Performance Tracking: monitoring KPIs key performance indicators to assess operational performance and make data-driven decision.
Job Specifications or Qualifications: 4-year bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred. 10+ years of manufacturing experience. Experience managing large change management projects, leading cross-functional teams, leading culture change.
