Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will use your technical expertise to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair various systems and equipment. You will have access to your own tablet for handling work orders and paperwork, ensuring efficient and organized operations.
Responsibilities
Respond to operator calls (50-60% of the job)
Troubleshoot Allen Bradley & Omron PLCs, including minor edits and timer adjustments
Repair and troubleshoot cameras and vision systems
Work with 3-phase and single-phase motors
Read and interpret drawings/blueprints for electrical cabinets
Perform minor in-house fabrication for electrical cabinets
Rehome, set points, and start up Fanuc & Motoman robots
Replace sensors and vision system components
Essential Skills
PLC troubleshooting
Electrical and mechanical maintenance
Experience with Allen Bradley PLCs and Omron systems
Knowledge of Fanuc and Motoman robots
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints
Experience in preventive maintenance
Additional Skills & Qualifications
3+ years of industrial maintenance experience
Strong electrical skills
No specific educational or certification requirements

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $56160.00 - $60320.00
