Job Title: Project ArchitectJob Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Architect with 6-10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing financial, winery, and commercial projects, including remodels and new builds from SD through CA. The position is a 12-month contract-to-hire opportunity with flexible scheduling options.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects internally with the team, including production and coordination with consultants.

• Support 2-4 projects at a time, with a team structure that includes one production person and potential collaboration with up to two studio managers.

• Execute project deliverables and ensure timely project completion.

• Coordinate with the PM and communicate effectively to manage project schedules.

• Work on a variety of projects, including commercial, light medical, multifamily, and ice rink capabilities.

• Understand how to put a building together and lead the team in client and consultant coordination.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in Revit.

• Knowledge of building construction and construction documents.

• 4+ years of commercial experience.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.

• Ability to run projects and interact with clients.

• Experience as an Architect, Job Captain, or similar role.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Architectural licensure is a plus but not required.

• Experience in healthcare, retail, or similar commercial sectors.

• Strong drafting and architectural skills.

Work Environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $37.00 - $42.00/hr.
