HOA Manager
Salary: 60,000 - 75,000 annually DOE
Full-time salaried position with flexible schedule M-F between the hours of
7:30am-5pm, and occasional weekends for snow removal or emergencies.
Benefits include: 2 weeks vacation pay, 2 weeks sick pay, and Federal holidays.
Health Insurance may be included after approval of policy quotes.
Seeking Homeowner Association Manager for the
Cape of Art Community Homeowners Association Inc.
About us: The Cape of Art Community is a private gated community located on
the Hope Peninsula consisting of 9 lots interspersed with common areas.
The Manager for this community does both active work and also manages 1-2
part-time employees.
REQUIREMENTS:
3-5 years previous property management experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver\'s license.
Able to regularly lift 60 pounds.
Skills not required, but helpful:
? Experience with Quickbooks Online.
? Experience processing payroll.
? Experience preparing budgets.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Act as an advisor for the the board of directors and homeowners
Responsible for managing and communicating financial matters with the board
of directors
General maintenance and upkeep of the association
Lawn mowing, trimming and debris pickup
Snow plowing, shoveling and applying traction control
Irrigation system operation, maintenance and repair
Enforce HOA governing documents
Write and distribute association communications to homeowners
File all association records and documentation and records upkeep
Oversee and facilitate the annual meeting of for the association
Work on special projects
Manage 1-2 part time employees
For the management side of the position the right candidate should have these

? Enjoy working in a solitary environment in nature
? Have experience with all lawn care tools
? Be able to perform maintenance and minor repair of all lawn care tools
? Have experience operating equipment such as a mid size farm tractor with
loader bucket and articulating snow blade
? Be able to perform maintenance and minor repair of mid size equipment
? Be able to do basic troubleshooting of operational systems such as generators
and pumps
