Primary Responsibilities:

• Waste Reduction: Use lean manufacturing methods to reduce material waste in the manufacturing processes.
• Team Support: Provide general support to the Silicone Rubber team as needed.
  • SOP creation
  • Testing/sampling and data interpretation
  • Monitoring on the production floor

• Currently pursuing/enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Completed credits to achieve Junior or Senior Status, required
• Excellent Communication skills; required.
• Proven ability to work on and lead a project team, required.
• Computer literate, required.
• Ability to analyze problems, develop solutions, and handle multiple projects simultaneously, required.
• Previous co-op/internship experience; preferred.
• 3.0 GPA or higher; preferred.
