Aston Carter Office Administrator in Honolulu, Hawaii

Job Description:

We are seeking an organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our jobsite operations at Daniel K. Inouye International Airport. The ideal candidate will handle jobsite badging for both employees and subcontract employees, manage craft onboarding paperwork, and collect and submit QC daily reports. Additional responsibilities include document control for submittals, RFIs, and plan updates, punchlist tracking and closeout, updating various tracking logs, occasional purchase requisitions for office supplies, and running office errands as needed.

Skills:

  • 1+ year(s) working within an administrative office, ideally within the construction setting

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Outlook, and Word

Job Type:

This is a contract position with a duration of 1 Year(s).

Work Environment:

You will work on the jobsite at Daniel K. Inouye International Airport, with your office located in a construction trailer. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with potential for additional hours. You will share an office with the Project Engineer, Project Manager, and potentially one other business-related individual.
