Requirements:
? Current State of Hawaii RN or LPN License ? Minimum of 6 months of recent nursing experience (within the last 24 months) ? Current CPR/BLS Certification ? Current two-step TB or Chest X-Ray (within 1 year) ? FieldPrint Fingerprinting
