Job Description: The Human Resources Generalist will play a key role in the success of the company by managing HR functions including; recruiting, staffing, benefits, compliance, training, employee relations, and performance management. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for people and is comfortable dealing with all levels of leadership and employees.

Responsibilities:

• Execute all HR functions such as onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, and performance management

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures

• Manage employee benefit programs, answering employee questions, troubleshooting problems, and liaising with service providers

• Ability to handle data management duties, including record keeping, data sanitization, and HRIS entry

• Provide guidance and input on organizational restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning

• Assist in evaluation of reports and results of the department in relation to established goals

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field

• At least 3-5 years of human resource management experience preferred

• Knowledge of labor relations, EEOC and other related state and federal regulations

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong problem-solving abilities
