We are on the lookout for a meticulous Event Coordinator to join our team in the healthcare industry, based in HONOLULU, Hawaii. As an Event Coordinator, you will be primarily tasked with managing event planning, ensuring smooth scheduling and calendar management, handling inbound calls, and updating our website. Responsibilities:

• Coordinating and planning healthcare-related events meticulously

• Managing the scheduling of events and ensuring they are well-organized

• Handling calendar management with precision to avoid any clashes or overlaps

• Answering inbound calls promptly and professionally, providing necessary information and assistance

• Regularly updating our website with the latest information and updates

• Performing clerical tasks efficiently to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the healthcare industry

• Proven expertise in managing and answering inbound calls, ensuring effective communication

• Demonstrated skills in calendar management, with the ability to prioritize and organize events

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with various stakeholders

• Experience in event planning, including logistics, scheduling, and coordination

• Proficient in scheduling software and tools, with a focus on efficiency and time management
